At TheShoeCompany.com, we don't consider your service experience complete, until the brands you purchase on our website, arrive at your door. Here's all you need to know about how your orders get from us, to you.
Shipping Methods, Rates & Options
We trust UPS to make sure you get your TheShoeCompany.com orders on time, as fast as possible, every time you shop through our website.

When you order from TheShoeCompany.com you have 2 choices:

  1. To have the item shipped to you directly, or
  2. To have the item prepared for pickup at the store location of your choice.
There are no shipping fees for in-store pick-ups. If you want your item(s) shipped directly to you, you will be required to select one of the following shipping options:

  1. UPS Standard ($7.99)
  2. UPS Express Saver (Provinces only) ($12.99)
Track your Order
Once your order is in transit, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number that you can use to track your shipment at UPS.com. Track your order here.
Everyday FREE Shipping
*All orders of $70 or more (after applied discounts and before taxes) qualify for Everyday Free Shipping from TheShoeCompany.com! The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted during the check out process for all eligible orders. This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon or the North West Territories. Orders shipped with Everyday FREE Shipping are shipped via Standard (Ground) shipping.
FREE Shipping Promotions & Offers
*With free shipping promotions and offers from TheShoeCompany.com, the cost for shipping will automatically be deducted during the check out process for all eligible orders. These promotions and offers do not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon or the North West Territories. Orders shipped with Everyday FREE Shipping, free shipping promotions or offers are shipped via Standard (Ground) shipping.
FREE In-Store Pickup
Enjoy the time-saving convenience of free in-store pick-up for your online orders! Shop from the comfort of home and when you're finished, your nearest The Shoe Company location will have your order ready and waiting for you to pick up, at no additional charge! You will be contacted by phone when your order is ready for pick up, at the location of your choice (please bring a piece of photo ID). If someone other than you will be picking up your order, please notify the pick-up store of who will be picking it up.

NOTE: You will still receive UPS tracking confirmation details when you select this option as the item may be being shipped from another store to the pick-up location of your choice. Regular processing and shipping times still apply.
Processing & Shipping Times
You can generally expect 1-2 business days for order processing time, plus 3-5 business days for (standard) shipping when you order from TheShoeCompany.com. Our goal is to get your order processed and picked up within 1 full business day after you've placed your request, so you get your products delivered quickly & efficiently, every single time.

  • Orders shipped via UPS Standard (the default option) are delivered within 3-5 business days after order processing
  • Orders shipped via UPS Express Saver, are generally delivered 1-2 days after order processing.
  • Orders which qualify for Everyday FREE Shipping are shipped via UPS Standard. Regular processing & shipping times apply. See above.
Shipping to Territories (YT/NT/NU), Internationally & P.O. Boxes
We regret that at this time, we are unable to accommodate shipments to the Canadian Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut). outside of Canada or to P.O. Boxes. We can however, ship to Rural Routes or UPS locations (in Canadian Provinces), for pick-ups. If you are in Canada but do not have a street address or a R.R.#, please click here to find the UPS pick up location nearest you, or call our Customer Service Department. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed on weekends will be put into processing the next business day to follow the date on which the order was placed. Unfortunately we cannot process or ship products on weekends or statutory holidays, at this time.
