Changes to the Web Points Program

You may have noticed our site has undergone some big changes recently! As previously indicated via email memo to all Web Points members, the launch of our new and improved site launched in end of February, came with some big changes to our Web Points program. The details of these changes are below.
We've made it our resolution to better serve our customers.
Our customers have told us they think our online experience should be faster, more convenient & more efficient - so we've made it happen. You wanted orders shipped & delivered sooner, so we've ramped up our back-end systems to ensure that! 2013 is to be a year of positive change with all new web order systems, all designed to work in harmony to better serve YOU.

Our goal: To deliver on our promise of World Class service, 100% of the time.
How will this affect the TSC Web Points Program?
Instead of separate programs in-store and online, our customers told us they want to collect & redeem loyalty points no matter where they shop. And we believe you should be able to. So, a solution is underway.

Until we can re-launch a new & improved, joint program, our Web Points program has entered temporary inactive status with the launch of our new site. Details of this change were sent to all Web Points members in December, 2012 and again in January 2013, to members who joined since the initial memo was sent. We promise to keep you informed of all details around our new loyalty program once it too, is ready for launch.
Get Your Closing Web Points Credited To Your New Account
Once our new loyalty program is live, we'll credit the new loyalty currency equivalent of your closing web points balance to your new account. To request your credit at that time, contact us at with the subject line Web Points Transfer Request (within 6 months of our new loyalty program's launch).
Our Gift to You
For the inconvenience & your patience while we work to improve things, we issued an Exclusive Savings coupon to each member, valid thru June 1, 2013. Please check your registered email for the message which was sent. If for any reason you're unable to find that message, you may contact us for your code. Note, you will be asked for the email address you were registered to the account under, so that we may look up your closing web points balance, in order to verify you qualify for this exclusive discount. Only those email addresses which can be verified, will be eligible to receive this discount.
