Creating An Account
1) Click on "My Account".
2) Then Click "Register".
3) Fill in the required fields.
4) Enter in your address and payment information if you wish. (This can also be done at the checkout).
Forgotten Password
1) Click "My Account".
2) Enter your E-mail address, and click "forgotten password?".
3) Your new, temporary password will be e-mailed to you, and then when you log in, you can change your password.
Changing Your Password
1) Click on "My Account".
2) Once inside, click "edit" under the "My Personal Info" section.
Tracking your Online Order
1) Go to the top of the Website, and click "Your Account", under the search engine bar.
2) Log in using your E-mail and password.
3) Inside your account page you can view your orders.
4) Click the Tracking Number to track you package as it is shipped.
Canceling an Online Order
To cancel an order, contact us, and we will be happy to help you cancel your order, prior to it being shipped out.

Note: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel an order. We recommend that if you would like an order cancelled, that you do so right away to avoid the order being shipped out.
