How do I collect AIR MILES® reward miles online
at The Shoe Company?
Place your order and enter your AIR MILES® Collector Card
number on the Shopping Cart page and hit the "Re-calculate" button to
register.
You can use your AIR MILES® Collector Card in conjunction
with your Mosaik®+ MasterCard®*, with the AIR MILES® Reward Options offered
exclusively from BMO Bank of Montreal®+ to earn reward miles twice.
Once you get a taste of how quick and easy it is to collect
and redeem, you'll be back for more.

Terms and Conditions
AIR MILES® reward miles can only be rewarded to CANADIAN
residences with an AIR MILES® Collector Card.
On purchases where an AIR MILES® Collector number is
provided, Collectors will earn 1 AIR MILES® reward mile for every $20 spent
(exluding taxes and shipping).
Currently we cannot provide a total of reward miles earned
per purchase. You will be able to see the amount of reward miles earned on
your AIR MILES® Summary Statement or online at airmiles.ca within 30 to
60 business days.
25,000 AIR MILES reward miles Giveaway Contest - COMPLETE CONTEST RULES -
Open only to Canadian resident AIR MILES® Collectors (excluding residents of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority.
1. To Enter: No Purchase Necessary: Between March 1, 2008 and May 31, 2008 (the "Contest Period") to be automatically entered into the Contest, present an AIR MILES Collector Card and use one of The Shoe Company Bonus reward miles Coupons (one coupon per AIR MILES transaction) in connection with a qualifying purchase at participating The Shoe Company locations. The Shoe Company Bonus reward miles Coupons are available online at "theshoecompany.com" and at www.airmiles.ca March 2008 Coupon & Bonus Offers section. One entry will be given for each Bonus reward miles Coupon used during the Contest Period per Collector Account per day. No Purchase Necessary. You may also enter the Contest by hand printing your name, AIR MILES® Collector Account number and address and listing all the benefits of shopping at The Shoe Company on a plain piece of paper and mailing it to the following address: "The Shoe Company 25,000 AIR MILES® reward miles Giveaway Contest", 44 Kodiak Crescent, Toronto, ON Canada M3J 3G5. Mailed entries must be post-marked by June 2, 2008 and received by June 2, 2008. Each mailed entry must be in a separate postage-paid envelope. Limit of one mailed entry submission per AIR MILES® Collector account per day.
2. AIR MILES® Collectors who are Canadian residents (excluding residents of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence are eligible to enter, except employees, representatives and agents of Town Shoes Limited carry on business as The Shoe Company ("the Shoe Company"), Loyalty Management Group Canada Inc. ("LMGC") and the subsidiaries and affiliates and advertising and marketing agencies of The Shoe Company and LMGC, the independent Contest organization and persons domiciled with any of the above. The Collector is the individual in whose name the Collector Account has been established or, in the case of a Business Collector, the principal associated with the Business Collector Account, as determined by LMGC. Residence will be determined by the mailing address associated with the Collector Account. AIR MILES® Collector status will be determined by LMGC. If you are not already an AIR MILES Collector you may become one by enrolling online at www.airmiles.ca or by calling 1-888-AIR-MILES (1-888-247-6453) (in Toronto, call (416) 226-5171).
3. The Prizes:
(i) One (1) Grand Prize consisting of 10,000 AIR MILES reward miles available to be won. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per confirmed winner. The confirmed Grand Prize winner is not eligible for entry into the Second, Third or Fourth Prize draws; and
(ii) One (1) Second Prize of 5,000 AIR MILES reward miles available to be won. Limit of one (1) Second Prize per confirmed winner. The confirmed Second Prize winner is not eligible for entry into the Grand Prize or additional Third or Fourth Prize draws; and
(iii) Five (5) Third Prizes of 1,000 AIR MILES reward miles available to be won. Limit of one (1) Third Prize per confirmed winner. The confirmed Third Prize winners are not eligible for entry into the Grand Prize or additional Second or Fourth Prize draws; and
(iv) Ten (10) Fourth Prizes each consisting of 500 AIR MILES reward miles available to be won. Limit of one (1) Fourth Prize per confirmed winner. The confirmed Fourth Prize winners are not eligible for entry into the Grand Prize or additional Second or Third Prize draws.
4. The approximate retail value of AIR MILES reward miles prize depends on the chosen method of redemption and available reward options at the time of redemption. For example, one return economy flight from Toronto, Ontario to Winnipeg, Manitoba is 1,600 AIR MILES reward miles and has an approximate value of $488.00 (Canadian) excluding taxes. Winners must pay applicable taxes, related transportation fees, governmental levies, excess baggage and other non-ticket costs. The value of AIR MILES reward miles redeemed for non-flight reward options depends on reward options in effect at the time of redemption. Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners.
5. A random electronic drawing will be held at 2:00 p.m. E.T. on July 31, 2008, in Toronto, from all eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by telephone at the telephone number(s) recorded in respect of his/her Collector Account number. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or has not responded within two (2) weeks of the date when contact was first attempted, is not eligible in accordance with these Contest rules or does not correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, the selected entrant is disqualified and will not receive the prize and another entrant will be selected. The prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner. To be confirmed a winner, selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone and must sign and return within ten (10) days of receipt a Prize Acknowledgement Form, which includes a standard declaration of compliance with the Contest rules and a release form. If the signed Prize Acknowledgement Form is not returned within ten (10) days, the selected entrant is disqualified and does not receive the prize and another entrant will be selected.
6. Chance of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. The Shoe Company and LMGC reserve the right to use the name, city of residence, comments, likeness and /or photograph of the winner without compensation, in any advertising and publicity in relation to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all relevant laws.
8. The Shoe Company and LMGC will not be responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, falsified, postage-due mail or destroyed entries and all such entries are void. The Shoe Company and LMGC will not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. All entries become the property of The Shoe Company and will not be returned.
9. By entering this Contest, you acknowledge having read these rules and agree to be bound by them and the decisions of The Shoe Company and the independent Contest organization, which shall be final and binding on all entrants. Entry into the Contest constitutes agreement to be bound by the Complete Contest rules.
10. The Shoe Company reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest and to amend the Contest without prior notice at any time and for any reason.
11. The name of the winner may be obtained by writing to "The Shoe Company 25,000 AIR MILES® reward miles Giveaway Contest" 44 Kodiak Crescent, Toronto, ON Canada M3J 3G5 until August 29, 2008.
12. The Contest is managed by The Shoe Company. LMGC is in no way connected to the management of this Contest.
