Checking the status of an Online Order

Go to the top of the Website, and click "Your Account", under the search engine bar.

Log in using your E-mail and password.

If you forget your password click here.

Inside your account page you can view your orders.

Click the Tracking Number to track you package as it is shipped.

Canceling an Online Order

To cancel an order, contact us, and we will be happy to help you cancel your order, prior to it being shipped out.

Note: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel an order. We recommend that if you would like an order cancelled, that you do so right away to avoid the order being shipped out.
