The Shoe Company Stores and www.theshoecompany.com want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, if the item has not been worn, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the order. Please send a copy of your receipt, or if returning in-store please bring your receipt in with you.
US ORDERS: As a result of Customs and Tariffs, merchandise shipped to the United States cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned. All sales to the USA are final.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
- All returns must be accompanied by the receipt or purchase order. If no purchase order or receipt is provided the lowest price in the last 30 days will be used.
- The Shoe Company reserves the right to confirm returned product condition and information before refunding.
- The Shoe Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of your return shipment. We suggest that you pack your shipment well and send via registered mail or courier.
- NO COD's will be accepted.
- Unless The Shoe Company makes an error during order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.
- If a product is returned to The Shoe Company online store shipping fees will not be refunded.
- If returning to The Shoe Company retail store after the 15 days of receipt, a store credit will be issued in place of a refund.
