The Shoe Company offers free economy ground shipping on all online orders over $70 after applied discounts and before taxes. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted during the check out process for all eligible orders. This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, North West Territories or the United States.

Couriers

We Ship most orders with Purolator and some orders with Canada Post. Canada Post is used for P.O. Boxes, rural address, United States and long haul shipments. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a rural address and a long haul shipment.

Your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days following the day you place your order and arrive within 3-6 business days from the shipped date.

P.O. Boxes, General Delivery and other Rural Locations

Express Courier

North West Territories, Yukon and Nunavut

Your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days following the day you place your order and arrive within 10-12* business days from the shipped date.

In-Store Pickup

During the check out process you can select to have your order shipped to any of our retail locations, for a list of our store locations please click here. You will be contacted by phone when your order has arrived and is ready to be picked up. We request that you bring a piece of photo ID, if someone other than the person who's name appears on the shipping details of the invoice is picking up the order, please contact the store.

Express Courier

Orders shipped to the USA may take longer, due to US Customs. Please note, as a result of Customs and Tariffs, merchandise shipped to the United States cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.

For all Orders Please Note:

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during the day, 9am-5pm, if you are unavailable to receive your order it will be taken to the nearest depot for pick-up.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified via a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number for your order.

Orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item seperately, on different dates.
